House Cleaning - Moving In/Out - Post Construction - Seasonal & One Time. Choose any one of our packages and we will prepare a quote for you. After we arrive at your home you will see the results in a few hours! Yes, it’s that easy and more affordable than you thought! 

STANDARD PLUS INCLUDES:

Kitchen – Sanitize sinks, countertops, back splash and walls spot cleaned. Exterior appliances cleaned: fridge, stove, outside & inside of microwave, dishes washed/dishwasher loaded. Small appliances wiped: toaster, coffee maker, etc. Dust or clean lamps, pictures and knick-knacks. Floors swept/vacuumed and washed. Table and chairs washed. Cabinet’s fronts cleaned. Wipe light switches, damp wipe or dust: baseboards, door knobs and door frames. Window sills and frames cleaned. Dishes in sink washed.

Bathrooms – Sanitize sinks, tub, shower/walls. Sanitize toilet inside and out. Clean outside counter top and cabinetry. Mirrors cleaned. Wipe light switches, damp wipe or dust: baseboards, door knobs and door frames. Dust or clean lamps, pictures and knick-knacks. Walls spot cleaned. Floors swept and washed. Towels changed (if provided). Window sills and frames cleaned.

Bedrooms and Office – Vacuum accessible carpet/hard surface floors mopped. Clean mirrors. Dust furniture, lamps, pictures and knick-knacks. Make beds with fresh linens (if provided). Wipe light switches, damp wipe or dust: baseboards, door knobs and door frames. Window sills and frames cleaned.

Living Room/Family – Vacuum accessible carpet/hard surface floors and mopped. Upholstered furniture vacuumed. Clean glass/mirrored surfaces (excluding windows). Clean/dust table tops/cabinet surfaces, lamps, pictures and knickknacks. Walls spot cleaned. Wipe light switches, damp wipe or dust: baseboards, door knobs and door frames. Window sills and frames cleaned.

Other Areas: (entrance way, halls, stairs, railings) - Wipe light switches, damp wipe or dust: baseboards, door knobs and door frames. Dust or clean lamps, pictures and knick-knacks. Window sills and frames cleaned. Computer monitors, TV screens and electronic equipment is cleaned.

Our maid service pricing is simple too:

$200 for homes 1,800-2,600 sq. feet**

$160 for homes 1,000-1,800 sq. feet**

$130 for homes and apartments less than 1,000 sq. feet** 

**Rates are 10% higher for by-weekly service.

If your home is larger than 2,600 square feet, we will stop by and give you a quote.

We also offer rates PER HOUR for weekly, biweekly, monthly, and occasional or one time house cleaning service.
